Steven Rupprich knows what it takes to succeed in professional hockey. He spent many years playing in the DEL and DEL2, experiencing firsthand the pressures, challenges, and demands of the sport at the highest level.

After his playing career, Steven discovered that understanding the game wasn’t enough. Players need guidance, structure, and someone who truly sees the game from every perspective – as a player, a coach, and a manager.

This insight has shaped his work as a team manager and coach in the DEL2. With a wide network of contacts and deep knowledge of the sport, Steven focuses on finding the right fit for both players and clubs, helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering strong, collaborative teams.

Steven’s mission is simple: to make the best decisions together with the players, create the right environment for growth, and ensure everyone can thrive on and off the ice.
