Pirmin Planer
Sport Psychologist and Mental-Coach
Pirmin is a sport psychologist who helps athletes train the mental side of performance instead of leaving it to chance. For the past seven years, he has worked with athletes of different ages, sports and performance levels – from ambitious amateurs to competitive athletes.
His approach is personal, practical and performance-focused. Together with each athlete, Pirmin develops clear strategies tailored to their individual challenges, personality and goals. Strategies that do not remain in a coaching session, but can be applied where they matter most: in training and competition. No one-size-fits-all solutions and no theory detached from practice.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology in Sport and Exercise from the German Sport University Cologne and his own background as a competitive pole vaulter, Pirmin understands performance from both a scientific and an athlete’s perspective. Today, he continues to challenge himself in endurance and hybrid sports. Whether it is handling pressure, sharpening focus, building confidence or performing consistently, his goal is to equip athletes with mental skills that help them unlock their potential and perform when it counts.
