Jimmy Hertel knows what it means to fight for a place in professional sports. Unlike many others, he didn’t come from a traditional sports background – no network, no shortcuts. He had to carve out his own path, first as an athlete, and later as someone dedicated to guiding others on theirs.

After ending his active career, Jimmy realized that talent alone isn’t enough. What athletes truly need is the right environment: structure, clear direction, and people who genuinely understand the challenges – both on and off the pitch.

This insight led him to found JiVo Pro Agency – a support system he once wished he had himself. His vision: a strong, professional team that works side by side with athletes to help them grow in the right way.

Jimmy’s mission is clear: to give players the space, stability, and support they need to fully focus on their performance, development, and long-term goals.
